What personal data do we collect?
The information we hold includes your name and email address and occasionally your telephone number. We do not retain or have access to your credit or debit card information, or any of your payment details.
How did we collect your personal data?
We receive customer data in the following ways:
1. If you book onto one of our supperclubs, we ask for your name and email address.
2. If you contact us or sign up to our clubhouse on our website, we ask for your name and email address. You can unsubscribe at any time, via a link at the end of every email.
How do we use your data?
We use your information to communicate with you about your booking. We also send marketing emails to inform you of our upcoming supperclubs.
How you can remove your email or delete your customer account
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email or you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will delete your records.
How to access the data we hold
If you would like to see the data we hold on you, email email@example.com requesting your personal data and we will respond within five working days.

1.1. All bookings will be regarded as provisional until The Secret Sunday Lunch Club (hereafter known as the Company) receives payment due in accordance with this Agreement. In the event of the Company not receiving payment within the agreed time prior to the commencement of the event, the Company reserves the right to allocate the space(s) to another client. In the event of this situation occurring, the Company will accept no liability whatsoever for any loss incurred by any party.
2.1. Payment in full is due at the time of booking and prior to the event.
2.2. Until payment is received the booking will not be secure and the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer the place to another client.
2.3. In the event of the Company invoking clause 2.2. it will use its best endeavours to notify by email or telephone at least 24 hours in advance of its intention to offer the place to another client.
3.1. If a cancellation of any confirmed date is received by the Company more than 4 days prior to the event, the Client may transfer to another event or receive a full refund.
3.2. If a cancellation of any confirmed date is received within 4 days of the event, the Client will be liable to pay 50% of the fees.
3.3. If a rearrangement of any confirmed date is agreed, rebooking must occur within 3 months of the original booking or cancellation charges (see 3.2 above) will apply.
3.4. The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event but will always endeavour to fulfil their commitments. In the event of the Company being unable to run an event, the Client will endeavour to give at least 24 hours’ notice of that fact and the Company will accept no liability for any loss incurred by the Client. The Company will negotiate a mutually convenient new date with the Client or offer a full refund.
• Marketing purposes, including photos, videos and written testimonials, for use on the website, social media and other promotional materials.
• Statistical and demographic purposes, and to enable us to better understand our clients.
• To notify you about forthcoming events, news or special offers.
• If we wish to use our clients’ personal data for new purposes not listed in this statement, we will contact them either by telephone or email to give them the opportunity to consent to those new purposes.
When you use secretsundaylunchclub.co.uk, we will track certain information how you use the site. This will include the pages you visit, the URL from which you just came, which URL you go to next, what browser you are using, and your IP address. This is simply used to help us improve the site, discover which pages are most popular, and identify which links on other sites are working well for us.
